IRDR France presents its scientific programme

AFPCNAFPCN (Association Française Pour la Prevention des Catastrophes Naturelles), which functions as IRDR National Committee France, presented, on occasion of the 3rd UN World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (WCDRR) the achievements of its scientific programme in the years 2013/2014. The AFPCN was represented at the conference by two members of the bureau, Mr. François Gérard and Mr. Roland Nussbaum.

AFPCN, through their three Working Groups presented their areas of research, namely WG “Expertise, public opinion and decision-making related to environmental risks”, “Uncertainties and Decisions” Adaptations to Climate Change”.
