World Data System's First Executive Director Appointed

IRDR would like to congratulate Dr Mustapha Mokrane for being appointed as the first Executive Director of the the World Data System (WDS).

Dr Mustapha Mokrane, currently Science and Information Technology officer at ICSU’s secretariat in Paris,  will take up his appointment in early March 2012.
