The event brought together IRDR researchers and partners to share progress, exchange knowledge, and explore collaboration opportunities under its climate change and public health workstream.

IRDR has organised a virtual workshop bringing together UN agencies, leading scientists, and policy practitioners to analyze the 26 August 2026 flash flood along the Bhotekoshi/Trishuli River, identify systemic gaps, and develop actionable recommendations for transboundary resilience.
