The conference will have four interactive work streams:
Work Stream 1: The Science and Technology Partnership to support Sendai Framework implementation
Work Stream 2: Understanding disaster risk, risk assessment and early warning
Work Stream 3: Use of science, technology and innovation tools, methods and standards
Work Stream 4: Leveraging science through capacity development and research
Every work stream will have an introductory panel and will split into three working group sessions. For those that are unable to attend in person, the main plenary sessions will be webcast. See the conference site for details.
